Our Core Values

Our Core Values & Mission Statement

Biblical Preaching & Teaching - We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are the complete, error-free revelation of God's plan for humanity. We are dedicated to reaching the lost and growing believers through the truthful, accurate teaching of the Bible (II Timothy 3:16-17)

Missions - We, like our God, value lost people and therefore seek to save that which is lost unto all of the world by every Christ-honoring means. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:15; Luke 19:10; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:14-15)

Worship - We value to worship the true and living God by faith and with thanksgiving through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the inspiration of Scripture. We seek through individual and corporate means to encourage the priesthood of the believer with an emphasis on the praise and adoration of our Heavenly Father. (Psalm 95:6; 100; John 4:24; Romans 12:1; Hebrews 10:1; I Chronicles 16:29)

Family - We believe the institution of family is of divine origin and purpose and are committed to encouraging quality and health in our families. We support Bible principles as a solid foundation for family life. (Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:21, 25, 28, 33; 6:1; Deuteronomy 6:6-7; Proverbs 1:8; 22:6)

Fellowship - We value Christian fellowship through authentic and loving relationships, meeting members' needs, and spending quality time together. (Acts 2:42; I John 1:3)

Prayer - We believe in the power of prayer, both corporate and private. The ministries and activities of this church will be characterized by a reliance on prayer. (Matthew 7:7-11; James 5:12-18)

Discipleship - We value making believers into disciples through Bible study, prayer, worship, witnessing, ministry, fellowship and stewardship. (Matthew 28:19-20; I Timothy 4:7; II Peter 3:18)

Evangelism - We value all people and will seek to share the good news of the gospel with our lost family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers and others. We will seek to lead them into a personal relationship with Christ and into life-long discipleship. (Matthew 28:19-20; Luke 19:10; Acts 2:40-47; Romans 1:16)

Our Mission: To lead people to faith and growth in Christ.
